How do I access or manage my subscription?
You can easily manage your subscription by logging into your Stripe Customer Portal. From there, you can update your personal information, change your shipping address, or manage your billing preferences at any time.
How can I track my mail?
To keep the traditional snail mail experience authentic, our mailers are shipped worldwide using classic USPS postage stamps, which means standard tracking is not available. However, if you prefer a tracking number, additional shipping fees may apply. Please reach out to us directly to request tracked shipping!

After your initial signup, your recurring monthly billing date will automatically match the exact day of the month you first subscribed to AwayMail.
What should I do if my mail arrives damaged?
We want your escape to be perfect! If your mailer arrives damaged, please send a message or email us right away at theawaymail@gmail.com. Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to review your message and get back to you with a solution.
What is the monthly mail shipment schedule?
To ensure everything is packed with intention, all mailers are officially shipped out around the 26th of each month. They are timed to land on your doorstep during the first two weeks of the following month.
What are the estimated delivery wait times?
All AwayMail envelopes are sent out with care from Virginia, USA.
US Domestic Mail: Please allow up to 14 business days for arrival.
International Mail: Please allow up to 21 business days for arrival.
When am I billed each month?
⚠️ Shipping Restrictions Notice > USPS has temporarily suspended service to several countries. Regrettably, I cannot accept orders from:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Cuba, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Kuwait, Seychelles, South Sudan, Sudan, Turkmenistan, and Yemen.
Service Disruptions: Mail to Ukraine and Niue is heavily delayed. Shipping is available but delivery is not guaranteed.
